This is not a coaching certification programme. We are looking for people who have done the work, led the rooms, and built the track record.

What we look for
  • Significant real-world experience in a commercial, financial, legal, technology or professional services discipline — minimum 8 years at a senior level
  • A track record of hiring, managing or scaling high-performing teams — you have been on the other side of the table
  • Deep expertise in one or more of Altrea's three pillars: Positioning, Strategy, or Execution
  • The ability to teach from experience rather than theory — you can explain the why, not just the what
  • An aligned worldview: selective, direct, outcome-focused. No motivational tone. No generic advice. No watered-down content.
  • Discretion and professionalism — Altrea's reputation is its product, and every expert we select carries it
